Christi Ginn is the founder of Ginn & Grit Advisory LLC, a Houston-based strategic communications, engagement and development firm. With 15+ years of experience across multiple industries, she helps organizations build relationships, secure resources, communicate clearly and move complex initiatives forward. Her background includes developing 150+ community partnerships, supporting $566M+ in capital and bond initiatives, and building a districtwide communications and community engagement function from the ground up.B.S.
